Characterisation and targeting of Glioma gene regulatory networks: Glioma cells can exist in four transcriptional states defined epigenetically by their gene regulatory network. My project leverages the Fine Lab's GLICO organoid/glioma co-culture model and scRNAseq approaches to investigate and target state-specific gene regulatory networks.
