Graduate Student - BCMB
Hang Yin is a computational biology Ph.D. candidate driven by a passion for unraveling tumor microenvironment complexities through integrated spatial transcriptomics and proteomics. He builds reproducible bioinformatics pipelines—leveraging CosMx and Hyperion imaging mass cytometry—to map cellular neighborhoods and tumor heterogeneity (in projects such as EBV‑positive B cell lymphomas, PMBCL, prostate cancer, and colorectal cancer). Collaborating across academic and industry labs, Hang seeks to translate these spatial insights into actionable therapeutic strategies.
