ChIPseeqer: ChIPseeqer is an integrative and comprehensive framework that allows the users to perform in-depth analysis of ChIP-seq datasets through easily customized workflows. ChIPseeqer offers an efficient and user-friendly suite of computational tools that assist in analyzing and exploring a dataset from multiple perspectives.
Systematic Discovery of Chromatin-Bound Protein Complexes from ChIP-seq Datasets: Computational methodology to systematically capture protein complexes and infer their impact on gene expression. Our work provides a mechanism for developing hypotheses about gene regulation via binding partners, and deciphering the interplay between combinatorial binding and gene expression.
