Study the regulation of gene expression through transcription factors and chromatin in mammalian systems: Interested in discovering promoter regulation in response to stress condition. By using genome wide assays, focus on seeking the precise spatial organization, structure, and occupancy levels of many hundreds of proteins to better understand how all genes are regulated in disease.
