Liron Yoffe

Postdoctoral Associate, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, The Caryl and Israel Englander Institute for Precision Medicine, Institute for Computational Biomedicine
Understanding the role of the microenvironment in hematological malignancies: In her research, Liron explores the cross-talk between tumor cells and cells in the microenvironment of leukemia and lymphoma. To this end, she utilizes single-cell sequencing methods of human primary samples as well as patient-derived xenografts and develops computational models for systematic crosstalk signaling discovery.
